Most regulating authorities require online submissions for OSSF permits. We collect the required documentation, complete the paperwork and shepherd your OSSF submission through the regulatory process. Expect the regulatory process to take a few weeks. We have no control over this timeframe. Regulating agencies have a variety of processes but most include an administrative (paperwork) review, physical site inspection and detailed design review with varying layers of managerial approval. There are always questions, comments, and often change requests. We respond promptly and shepherd your application through the process as quickly as possible.

 It's a great day when your OSSF submission is approved and we receive your Authorization to Construct/Permit! You're ready to begin construction.
